VOLTER continues to expand its machine configuration options, now offering high-speed spindles from German manufacturer Spinogy as an optional upgrade. These air-cooled spindles can run at speeds of up to 45,000 RPM, enabling greater productivity when machining selected plastics and aluminium. With a rated power of 2.2 kW, the spindles are designed for applications where high speed and precision of the spindle are critical.

The spindles feature pneumatic tool clamping and are fully compatible with automatic tool changers, ensuring seamless integration into VOLTER CNC systems. The solution uses HSK-E25 holders for tool holding, supporting stable and accurate high-speed machining. This option is particularly beneficial for customers working with small-diameter tools and fine surface requirements. As always, VOLTER focuses on providing flexible configurations that help customers optimise performance for specific production tasks.
