New Manifold System Option: Simplifying Dual-Spindle Operation

At VOLTER, we continue to turn routine operations into simple, efficient processes. Our new Manifold System — available as an optional feature for the VOLTER ACP-Series — makes dust extraction management for dual-spindle machining easier than ever.

Until now, switching active spindles required manually reconnecting the dust extraction hose to the correct spindle before each job. The Manifold System eliminates this task entirely.

Both extraction lines are connected once during setup. From that moment, airflow control is fully managed directly from the touchscreen interface. With just a couple of clicks, the operator selects which spindle receives suction — quickly, safely, and without interrupting the production flow.

The benefits are immediate:
