The vacuum hold down system is the most progressive method of fixing the material being processed to the working surface of CNC Routers. The vacuum hold down system includes a vacuum table, a system of tubes and valves, and a vacuum pump. This system can have from 4 to 12 zones depending on the size of processing area.
The sensor mesures quickly and accuratly the length of a tool. The operator only has to puch the button on touch screen monitor and this mesurement will be done automatically. The received data are automatically considered when a job tasks, which excludes damage to the working surface of the CNC Router.
The system carries out a dosed supply to the cutting zone of lubricant emulsion or air flow. Continuous supply of lubricant (in the form of oil mist) or compressed air lets to maximize tool lifetime, improve quality of processing and increase speed of processing. It is necessary to connect an external pressed air supply with a working pressure of at least 6 bar to operate this lubrication system.
This device helps to remove processing waste from the cutting area. A special camera is mounted on the spindle. It closes the cutting area Dust is discharged from the device through tube which is connected to dust collector. Using of brush foot lets to save time for manual cleaning of the sheet after processing.
